What We Do
- Projects: identify, evaluate and agree terms with project originators
- Ready To Build (RTB): help the originators steer the projects to RTB
- Project Co (SPV); Co-ordinate SPV’s, act as directors and managers
- Acquisition of SPV: help co-ordinate whole process from legals and technical to market and financials
- Project Delivery: identify EPC + ESS and co-ordinate whole construction process
- Energisation: co ordinate Optimisor, O&M, CM and income management

- Partnership: we work as JV Partners and are aligned in the success of the projects
- Investment Strategy: different investors have different strategies and we tailor projects accordingly

Our Energy
BESS Demand Outlook
National Grid’s 2024 Future Energy Pathway shows that in all scenarios electricity demand is expected to double by 2050. This was produced just prior to the General Election and the new Govt have plans to speed up renewables.
Wind and Solar will grow, and the effect of EV’s has been adjusted placing more reliance on utility scale BESS. BESS energy storage is expected to grow from around 5 GW in 2023 to 30 GW by 2030 and 65GW by 2050.
