Solos Power originates, structures and supports energy infrastructure opportunities for investors seeking exposure to storage, renewables and resilient power systems. We work across the full investment cycle, from early project access and development coordination through construction, operation and asset management.
Solos Power works with institutional investment capital, family-office backed investors, corporate capital and strategic partners to identify and structure opportunities in battery storage, co-located solar and wider energy infrastructure.
We source and structure projects, assemble the required technical and commercial teams, and remain involved through acquisition, delivery and operation.
Selected partners & counterparties
At an energy conference in Abu Dhabi, Ibrahim held a strategic discussion with Crown Prince Mohammed on advancing the energy transition while meeting rapidly evolving power requirements. Their exchange focused on the practical pathways, investment priorities and infrastructure needed to translate long-term energy ambitions into reliable, scalable delivery.
Originated opportunities. Structured participation. Practical delivery.
Solos Power sits between capital, assets and delivery — close enough to the market to see opportunities early, and close enough to execution to know whether they can be built.

Delivery model
An embedded delivery model
Solos works as an extension of experienced investor teams, combining its core capabilities with specialist technical, legal and delivery expertise selected for each opportunity.
Relationship-led access to opportunities before they reach broad distribution, with early assessment of asset quality, grid position and timing.
01
Grid-connected BESS where system flexibility, connection position and delivery capability, within a cost and offtake envelope, define value. Delivered standalone storage experience sits behind this focus.
02
Generation paired with storage to improve capture, connection cost and utilisation and revenue resilience across the asset life.
03
Small hydro, hybrid renewable assets and thermal storage where the same origination and delivery discipline applies, and often over very long future periods.
04
Selected power and infrastructure exposure connected to grid constraint, industrial electrification and energy security.
Solos Power is designed for investors looking to diversify into energy infrastructure and strategic power assets. This includes institutional capital, family-office backed investors, corporate capital and institutions seeking exposure to energy transition infrastructure without relying only on public-market instruments or large fund allocations.
Solos provides access to selected opportunities where asset quality, timing, structure and delivery route can be assessed in detail.
01Renewable generation is increasing.
02Grid capacity is constrained.
03Storage is becoming central to system flexibility.
04Industrial and data-driven power demand is rising.
05Energy security has moved from a policy theme to a board-level concern.
Project notes
Stage 01 — Ready-to-build
Planning, grid connection agreement, land rights and a credible construction package rarely mature at the same pace. We set out how each is tested before a project is treated as investable.
Stage 02 — Construction
Delivery risk concentrates in interfaces: equipment lead times, civils sequencing and energisation windows. Our role is holding those interfaces together on behalf of the investor.
Stage 03 — Operation
Accountability stays with the team that assessed and delivered the asset — performance monitoring, warranty management and optimisation reviewed against the original investment case.
Solos Power works across a UK, UAE and wider EMEA perspective, combining developed-market delivery experience with investor relationships that sit outside a single jurisdiction.
Opportunity access is relationship-led and frequently off-market, developed with investors, OEMs and local expert partners rather than through broad distribution.
It requires access, judgement, technical coordination and the ability to move a project from possibility to operation. Solos Power works with investors and partners to bring selected energy infrastructure opportunities into investable form.
